Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. A few styles ship from our overseas partner and arrive within 5-10 business days — each product page shows the timing for that item.

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and shapewear must be tried on over underwear.

Start a return: email officialprettymamaclub@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds: once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping and make it right.

Exchanges: need a different size? Email us and we will walk you through the fastest way to swap it.
